First and foremost, I love Jesus Christ with all my heart and soul. He is my best friend, my greatest counselor, and teacher. Through Him, all things are possible!
I am a personal development, lifestyle, and wellness coach. I help guide individuals in overcoming limiting beliefs, low self-esteem rooted in past hurt and trauma, finding purpose, and healing habitual anger and bitterness—transforming it into inner peace and liberation.
My approach is grounded in the six pillars of wellness: Nutrition, Physical Activity, Restorative Sleep, Stress Management, Positive Social Connections, and Avoidance of Risky Substances.
